So have we. It turns out banks are simply not interested in modifying.
We are a group of homeowners scammed by the IndyMac (OneWest Bank) loan modification program, and fighting to save our homes. OneWest bank has not acted in good faith and we know why–they stand to profit from foreclosing our homes so they have no incentive to help struggling homeowners.
They are already facing class action lawsuits in other states and it is about time homeowners nationwide organize to sue OneWest for unfair and predatory lending and mortgaging practices.
